SANTA BARBARA, Calif. – Basketball season is just around the corner, and you can get the early dish on all the upcoming action this Tuesday on Talk'n Gauchos as women's basketball head coach Carlene Mitchell and men's basketball junior center Alan Williams join the show.
Coach Mitchell is set to begin her third season with the Gauchos and will offer a glimpse of her team and discuss the upcoming open practice day set for Nov. 2.
"Big Al," as he is affectionately known by UCSB fans, will join guest host Mitchell Clements to discuss the upcoming men's season, their open practice day set for this Saturday, Oct. 26, and what the expectations are for the team and himself. Earlier this month, Williams was named to the Lou Henson Preseason All-American Team.
