As a junior Ben played in 23 games, making 14 starts ... Posted 64 at-bats while hitting a team-best .344 ... In Big West competition he hit a team-best .375 in 11 games, racking up 15 hits, two of which were home runs ... Eight of his 10 RBI on the season came in league play ... Had a .432 on-base percentage in Big West action ... Was a perfect 6-for-6 in stolen bases ... In the Cal State Northridge series, from May 7-9, he racked up nine total hits - three in each game - scored four runs, drove in another two and stole three bags ... In the Gauchos' series finale at Pacific, Ben went 5-for-13 with six RBI and three runs scored ... Was 2-for-4 in the Friday game in Stockton with a triple, a home run and three RBI ... Had his first multi-hit game as a Gaucho on March 14 vs. Northern Illinois.

2010 Summer
Ben played for the Kelowna Falcons in the West Coast Collegiate League... In 124 at bats he compiled a .347 average and .444 slugging percentage on 43 hits... He stole 5 bags and had an on base percentage of .460.

2009
Saw action in five games before suffering a foot injury...Accumulated five at-bats...Scored two runs and had one hit on the season...Went 1-for-3 with a run scored on Mar. 15 at Saint Mary's.

Cañada College
Batted .308 as an outfielder, starting 33 of the 35 games he played in...Scored 29 runs with seven doubles, one triple and two home runs...Swiped 13 bases in 14 attempts...In 117 at-bats, struck out just 19 times compared with 18 walks...Had a .411 on-base percentage and a .436 slugging percentage...Named Second Team All-Coast Conference.
