... Best start came in his second outing as a Gaucho when he faced
No. 24 Stanford ... Pitched seven strong innings, allowing seven
hits and one earned run with one walk and one strikeout ... On

Outstanding Male Athlete of the Year ... His ERA was good enough
for 10th in the entire state ... Won a 2009 Regional and was a
Super Regional runner-up with the Jaguars ... In the Super
Regionals vs. Diablo Valley College pitched a complete game,
allowing just one run on five hits with five strikeouts and no
