1999: Looked at in the preseason to come out of the bullpen, Neboyia actually ended up starting in all 16 of his appearances...Finished the season with three complete games while posting a team leading 100.0 innings...Had a 5.67 ERA.

Junior College: Came to UCSB from College of the Sequoias where he played under Jody Allen...Pitched in the Final Four vs. Cypress and pitched in the schools conference-winning game.

High School: Played for Brad Kheen at Bishop Union High School...Posted a 1.29 ERA with over 100 strikeouts as a senior...Had 20 strikeouts in one game...Was MVP of the High Desert League CIF...Was on the honor roll and competed in basketball.
