Tucson, Arizona - The Gauchos fall at the hands of Arizona, 10-4 and drop to 9-10 on the season. Arizona improves to 15-12.
Gabe Neboyia started for Gauchos and took the loss while going six innings and allowing 13 hits, eight runs and six of them earned. Neboyia struck out 2 batters. Jim Bullard pitched the remaining two innings for the Gauchos.
The Gauchos offense only managed five hits, while Arizona knocked the Gaucho pitchers around for 16 hits.
Neboyia took the loss and falls to 1-3 on the season and Ben Diggins came in relief for the Wildcats and earned the win, to boost his record to 5-0.
The Gauchos will next host Washington State this Tuesday at 2:00p.m.
