Former Gaucho Ryan Spilborghs Steps Up For Rockies in the NLCS

DENVER, Colo. - After batting .299 with 11 home runs and 51 RBIs during the regular season, former UC Santa Barbara baseball player Ryan Spilborghs has made significant contributions for the Colorado Rockies in the postseason this October.
Spilborghs and the Rockies are one win away from sweeping the Arizona Diamondbacks in the NLCS and advancing to the World Series after winning Game Three 4-1 at Chase Field Sunday night. The talented right-handed hitter, who scored the winning run in Game Two, was recently profiled in an article on MLB.com.
