UCSB Scheduled to Hold Second Annual High School Skills and Games Camp

SANTA BARBARA, Calif. - The UCSB baseball team will be holding its Second Annual High School Skills and Games Camp on December 10 and 11, as well as on December 17 and 18 at Caesar Uyesaka Stadium on the campus of UC Santa Barbara. The camp begins on Saturday at 9 a.m. and runs until 4 p.m. Sunday's camp times are from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. This camp provides an excellent opportunity to showcase your talents while competing in a challenging and competitive environment. Any player in grades 10-12 interested in participating, the cost is $225 per camper. (Includes coach instruction and shirt)

This camp is designed for the high school player who is looking to play at the next level. Campers will be assigned to a "camp team" for the duration of the camp. The routine for these days will include team stretching and infield and outfield before games. The Saturday session will consist of a timed 60-yard dash, individual instruction by position, arm-care program and game competition.
