SANTA BARBARA, Calif. (AP) - Alex Harris scored seven of his 27 points in the final four minutes to lift UC Santa Barbara to a 74-69 win over University of San Francisco Tuesday night.
Chris Devine added 18 points, including four straight free throws in the final 31 seconds, for the Gauchos (4-1).
The Dons (2-2), led by Dior Lowhorn's 21 points, reduced a 13-point deficit to just four points, 57-53, with six minutes to go.
But Harris and Devine scored 14 of UCSB's last 15 points to keep USF from getting any closer.
The Gauchos outshot the Dons 49 percent to 45.8, with Harris making 4-of-7 shots from the 3-point line.
