Kathy Gregory, Selena Ho and Mark Patton Featured on Talk'n Gauchos

UC Santa Barbara women's volleyball head coach Kathy Gregory, whose team will open the NCAA Tournament later this week, women's basketball coach Selena Ho, whose team just defeated San Diego, and longtime Santa Barbara News-Press men's basketball beat writer Mark Patton will be featured on Tuesday's Talk'n Gauchos, UCSB Athletics' weekly radio show. The show is broadcast from State and A Bar & Grill will air live on AM 1490 KIST from 6-6:45 p.m. on Tuesday, leading into the men's basketball broadcast vs. Santa Clara.

Gregory, the Big West Co-Coach of the Year, led her team to a 22-7 overall record and the Gauchos were selected to their 27th NCAA Tournament. UCSB will face St. Mary's at 5 p.m. on Friday at Stanford.

Ho, a new addition to Lindsay Gottlieb's staff, just helped the Gauchos to their first victory of the year on Sunday at San Diego. Her tutelage of the team's guards has also helped Emilie Johnson, who was named Big West Player of the Week.

Patton has been covering UCSB basketball since the 1983-84 season and will talk about the men's basketball team's hot 4-0 start as well as preview this week's games which include Tuesday night vs. Santa Clara and Saturday vs. San Diego State.

The Intercollegiate Athletics Ticket Office now has two parking spaces adjacent to the building and is now open on Saturdays, making it easier than ever for fans to purchase tickets. The ICA Ticket Office will be open from 10:00 am to 1:00 pm on Saturdays. The two parking spots, designated specifically for the ticket office, are already available during weekday hours, which are 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.
