UCSB Soccer Set For Santa Barbara Soccer Club Night on Sep. 6

SANTA BARBARA, Calif. – UCSB soccer is proud to announce the inclusion of "Santa Barbara Soccer Club Night" to its schedule on Sep. 6 as part of a Gauchos doubleheader – the women will take on Pacific at 5 p.m. before the men have their regular season home-opener against Gonzaga at 7:30 p.m.

As part of the festivities, all SBSC players will be granted admission to both games free of charge. Club parents will have access to a specially priced $6 ticket that is good for both the men's and women's game.

SBSC Night events will include a Coaches Game, tailgating party, a raffle prize drawing, and a special halftime recognition of the club.

The Coaches Game – in which UCSB staff and SBSC coaches will battle head-to-head – will take place between 5-6 p.m. at the turf-based Rob Field on the UCSB campus.

The tailgating party will be held from 5-7 p.m. in the parking lot adjacent to Harder Stadium – Lot 38.

At half-time of the men's game, Santa Barbara Soccer Club's back-to-back USYSA National Championship team will be honored.
