UCSB Soccer to Face Off Against Mexican U-17 National Team on Friday, Mar. 3

SANTA BARBARA, Calif. – The UC Santa Barbara men's soccer program is scheduled to face off against the Mexican U-17 National Team on Friday, Mar. 3 as part of its spring schedule, it was revealed today by head coach Tim Vom Steeg. 

The match, scheduled for a 7:15 p.m. kickoff, will take place at San Marcos High School Stadium on 4750 Hollister Ave. in Santa Barbara.

To purchase presale tickets, fans can visit Xtreme Soccer, Aggressive Soccer, Taqueria Rincon Alteño, Go Cellular, or Taqueria y Carniceria Mayo's. Tickets can also be purchased online here (site is in Spanish). 

Ticket prices are $15 for adults and $10 for youth and students. Tickets will also be available at San Marcos on the day of the game, but prices will be $20 for adults and $15 for youth and students. 

UCSB students will be able to take advantage of the reduced price when showing their UCSB Access Card. 

The Gauchos will return to Harder Stadium the following Friday, Mar. 10 in a 6:00 p.m. contest against Cal State Bakersfield. Admission for all spring games at Harder Stadium is free for all fans.
