2008:One of four Gauchos to play in all 22 games ...Started a career-high 20 matches, one of only five players to start in 20 or more games... Played 1,719 minutes for the Gauchos, the third most on the team...Sixth on the team with a shots-on-goal percentage of .524... Scored an unassisted goal off of a free kick during the 86th minute in UCSB's defeat of Northridge (10/29). 2007: Appeared in all but one of the Gauchos' contests as a sophomore, making a career-high 19 starts...Tallied two goals and ranked third on the team with five assists...Scored the only goal of the match against Washington in the second round of the NCAA Tournament, finding the net just 9:58 in...Also scored a goal in the Gauchos' 4-0 win at UC Davis (9/29)...Two of his three career goals have been game-winners. 2006: Appeared in a total of 21 games as a redshirt freshman...Made four starts during the year including UCSB's home-opener against San Diego State (9/2) and the national championship match with UCLA (12/3)...Santa Barbara went 4-0 in those contests...Saw more playing time throughout the season and played significant minutes in all six of UCSB's postseason matches...His first career goal was a big one, lifting Santa Barbara to a 1-0 double overtime win over visiting Michigan (9/30)...Collected a free kick from Bryan Byrne and fired in the golden goal from 20 yards out in the 104th minute...Registered an assist on Tyler Rosenlund's game-tying goal in the Elite Eight match up with Northwestern (11/25). 2005: Redshirted his first year with the Gauchos.
Curry played for the San Juan Predators where he helped them reach the finals of the Cal-North State Cup...Was also a member of the Cal-North Olympic Development squad.
Attended Christian Brothers Academy in Sacramento, helping it to a CIF Metro Section title in 2002 playing alongside brother and former Gaucho teammate Greg Curry...Was named both the Falcons' and the Sierra Valley League MVP as a senior...Earned First Team All-City honors as a senior and was named the MVP of the Sacramento Area All-Star Game...Twice named First Team All-CIF...In his four years at Christian Brothers he amassed 55 goals and an astonishing 110 assists.
