Prepped at San Marcos High School...Posted 18 shutouts in his varsity career...Helped lead the Royals to a Channel League title and an appearance in the CIF Semifinals...He regards that loss in the semis as his most disappointing moment as a player...A First Team All-Channel League and All-CIF honoree...Named Channel League MVP and CIF Defensive MVP as a senior...Recognized by the Santa Barbara Athletic Round Table as its Male Soccer Player of the Year following his senior season...Won the Captains Award as a member of the Royals football team...Also played volleyball at SMHS.
