SANTA BARBARA, Calif. - UCSB Athletics will host a viewing party for the 2010 NCAA Division I Men's Soccer Championship selections on Monday. The tournament bracket will be announced live on ESPNU, Monday, Nov. 15 between 1:30 and 2 pm.
UCSB will view the selection show in the Reitnouer Auditorium in the Intercollegiate Athletics Building on campus. The viewing party is open to the public.
The Gauchos will play Cal State Fullerton for the Big West Conference Championship on Saturday at 7 p.m. at Meredith Field at Harder Stadium. The league's automatic berth into the NCAA Championship will be awarded to the winner of Saturday's match.
Tickets to the Big West Championship are on sale online by clicking here. Fans are encouraged to purchase tickets online and print their ticket at home to skip lines at the ticket booth on game day.
Tickets are $7 for adults, $5 for seniors, $5 for Fullerton and UCSB students, and $3 for youth.
UCSB has made eight consecutive appearances in the NCAA Tournament dating back to the 2002 season and won the national title in 2006.
UCSB is the proud host of the 2010 NCAA Men's College Cup, which will take place Dec. 10 and 12 at Meredith Field at Harder Stadium. This marks the first time since the 2004 season that the Cup has been held on the West Coast.
