Captured a key scoring position for the Gauchos in the Riverside Dual Meet with a jump of 40'9.5 in his only time contesting the event in a Gaucho uniform. Established a new lifetime best at the All-Cal Challenge Cup in the long jump with a leap of 22'0.75.

Brooks competed in Long Jump where he posted a season best of 6.59m at
Pepperdine. He won the Gaucho Round-Up with a leap of 21'7.5.

Brooks competed in both the indoor and outdoor track & field seasons as a freshman...He earned third place at the Cal Poly Invitational in the long jump where his best mark measured 21'11.25"...He ran 11.27 at the All-Cal Cup in the 100m placing ninth overall.

Brooks was a league finalist in the East Bay Athletic League for track...Made East Bay All-league in the long jump...League Champion in the 4x100m and 100m...NCS All-Academic...Made honor roll all four years in high school...Graduated with a 4.1 cumulative GPA.
