Competed in the Diablo Foothill Athletic League of the CIF-North Coast Section...Was first team All-League in the 2009 track season and the 2008 cross country season...Member of the Campolindo cross country squad that set the fastest ever North Coast Section team time at Woodward Park...Had personal bests in track of 9:23 in the 3200m and 4:28 in the 1600m.

Cox is majoring in English literature...hopes to be an author or a freelance journalist...Enjoys creative writing, play jazz and classical bass, backpacking, and exploring nature.
