accolades following his senior year as well as First Team
All-Central Coast Section honors...Was a two-time First Team
All-Santa Clara Valley Athletic League selection...Also named MVP
in 2008 for the Spartans...Scored 102 goals with 29 assists, 78
steals and 33 ejections drawn during his senior season...As a
junior, he compiled 68 goals, 53 assists and 41 drawn
ejections...Led the Spartans to two consecutive CCS Second Round
appearances...Also competed in swimming, earning All-American
honors in the 200 medley relay and 400 medley relay in 2009...Was a
two-time Academic All-American and was awarded with
four-consecutive Mountain View High Scholar-Athlete Awards.

Played for Stanford Water Polo Club...Helped Stanford to
consecutive third-place finishes at the National Junior Olympics in
2008 and 2009 with the 18U team...Took second at the 2008 South
Florida International Age Group Tournament...Placed third with
Stanford's 16U team at the 2004 National Junior Olympics...Played
for the Pacific Zone Team, with which he took second-place at the

Scott Cameron Bishop was born on Oct. 18, 1991 in Mountain View,
Calif. to parents Brad and Kim Bishop...Has two older siblings,
Brooke and Brian, who is also a member of the UCSB water polo
team...Enjoys beach volleyball, surfing, bowling, snowboarding,
kayaking and frisbee golf...Names "Cool Runnings" as his favorite
movie, while The Eagles are his favorite band...Enjoys challenging
himself with puzzles such as Rubik's Cubes...His most memorable
athletic achievement was taking second place n the UCSB Beach Polo
Tournament...Names his father, Brad, as his personal hero as well
as his sister, Brooke, who he admires for her athletic work
ethic...Is looking forward to playing on the same team as his
brother this year.
