Milos Golic Named Golden1 Athlete of the Week

Milos Golic tallied a hat trick as the 10th-ranked men's water polo team defeated No. 12 UC Davis, 7-5, Friday in UCSB's home opener.

Golic, a sophomore utility player, scored the game's first goal just over two minutes into the first quarter.

The Serbian has been on a scoring tear so far this season with a total of 13 goals through five contests. He scored four goals against UC San Diego and now has a pair of hat tricks, one against Davis and the other vs. Loyola Marymount.
