Earned four varsity letters at La Jolla Country Day under coach Terri Bamford…Was ranked among the top 75 forwards in the country by ESPN…Callahan comes from a winning program, as the Torreys were CIF champions, Coastal League champions, and City champions all four of her years and were even state champions in 2012…During her senior season, Callahan scored 13.5 points and pulled down 7.5 rebounds per game and earned Second Team All-Coastal League accolades…As a junior, she earned a First Team All-League honorable mention after averaging 6.9 points and 3.5 rebounds per game…After winning their league that year, Callahan helped the Torreys reach the regional…When the Torreys won state during Callahan’s sophomore season, she was named Second Team All-League…During her freshman campaign, she was also selected second team all-league.

Sabrina Elizabeth Callahan was born February 7, 1996 in San Diego, Calif. to parents Randi and Michael…She has a younger brother named Caméron…Her best sports memory is winning the state championship her sophomore year in high school…Her favorite professional sports teams are the San Diego Chargers, the Seattle Seahawks, and the Los Angeles Clippers…She lists Lebron James, Dirk Nowitzki, and Tony Parker as her favorite professional athletes…She enjoys watching Criminal Minds…Her favorite movie is The Fast and the Furious…In her free time, she loves to hang out with her brother Caméron…She plans on majoring in biopsychology and would like to earn a master’s degree in whatever field she chooses to pursue in the future…A versatile athlete, Callahan also played softball and volleyball in high school…Was also recruited by Arizona State, UNLV, and New Mexico.
