• Purchasing Tickets Has Never Been Easier
To purchase tickets, please call (805) 893-UCSB, visit the Ticket Office located inside the Intercollegiate Athletics building on campus or buy online and print at home by clicking here. The Intercollegiate Athletics Ticket Office has two parking spaces adjacent to the building and is now open on Saturdays from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m., making it easier than ever for fans to purchase tickets. The two parking spots, designated specifically for the Ticket Office, are also available during weekday hours, which are 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Friday.

• Men's College Cup Tickets Now Available
Tickets for the 2010 NCAA Men's College Cup National Championship, scheduled for Meredith Field at Harder Stadium on Dec. 10 and 12, are now available. To purchase tickets, please call (805) 893-UCSB, visit the Ticket Office located inside the Intercollegiate Athletics building on campus or buy online by clicking here. Students can purchase all-session passes for the discounted rate of $20.

• On The Stumpf
Paul Stumpf is in his 12th season as the head coach at UC Santa Barbara. He has a record of 113-91-29. His 112 wins are the most in school history. On Sept. 9, 2009 he became the school's all-time leader in coaching with as the Gauchos defeated William and Mary, 2-0. In 2009, Stumpf guided UCSB to its second straight Big West Tournament title, and second NCAA Tournament. Prior to 2008, the Gauchos had not been to the tourney since 1991. 2008 also marked the fifth time that Stumpf has guided the Gauchos to at least 10 wins. He has led the program to records of .500 or better in seven of the last 10 seasons, including, at one point, four straight seasons of 10 or more victories, the first time the program had accomplished that feat since 1988-91. In 1999, Stumpf's first season as the head coach at UCSB, he took a team that was picked to finish last in the conference, and instead posted an 8-9-1 overall record and a 5-4 mark in the Big West. Following the season, he was chosen as the Big West's Coach of the Year. On two occasions, Stumpf's UCSB teams have won the Big West regular season title.

• The Gaucho Record
UC Santa Barbara enters the week with an overall record of 5-5-2 and a Big West record of 1-1-0. The Gauchos split a pair of matches in the first weekend of league play. On Friday, they defeated UC Riverside by a 2-1 score and on Sunday they dropped a 3-1 decision at Long Beach State.

• Home Sweet Home
UCSB will play its next five matches at home. The Gauchos have played eight of their 12 matches away from home and, to this point, the road has not been friendly to them. Santa Barbara has a 1-4-2 record in games away from home. On the other hand, UCSB has a solid 4-1-0 record at Meredith Field at Harder Stadium.

• Kugler Returns To Aid Gaucho Offense
Senior forward Kailyn Kugler missed two games with a leg injury. The reigning Big West Offensive Player of the Year returned for UCSB's league opener against UC Riverside. On Sunday, at Long Beach State, she scored her first goal since returning and her third of the season. In fact, Kugler has scored a goal in three of the last four games in which she has played. She also tallied goals at UCLA on Sept. 12 and against Weber State on Sept. 17. The goal that Kugler scored in the game at Long Beach was the the 25th of her career and it tied her with former Gaucho All-American Lisa Busch for eighth on the school's all-time list.

• McDonald Takes The Lead
Senior forward Kylie McDonald scored a goal and an assist in UCSB's Big West game at UC Riverside on Friday, Oct. 1. In doing so, McDonald has claimed the team-lead in scoring with nine points. She enters the week with three goals and three assists. In her career, McDonald has now scored nine goals and 18 assists for 36 points. The 18 assists moves her into a tie for 10th on Santa Barbara's all-time list.

• Not On My Watch
Freshman goalkeeper Makenna Henry allowed three goals in the Gauchos' loss at Long Beach State on Sunday. It was the most goals that Henry has allowed in any of her 11 starts in 2010. On the bright side, for the second time this season the Fountain Valley, Calif., native blocked a penalty kick. In the first half of the 3-1 loss, Henry blocked a Shawna Gordon penalty kick. Gordon did put the rebound home to give the 49ers a 2-1 lead. On the season, Henry has 37 saves and a .787 save percentage. She also has four complete game shutouts and a solid goals against average of 0.91.

• Shooting Gallery
Despite being outshot 15-10 by Long Beach State on Sunday, UCSB still holds a significant edge over its opponents in the shots and shots-on-goal categories. The Gauchos have 180 shots through 12 matches, an average of 15.0 per contest. They also have 70 shots-on-goal, an average of nearly six per game. UCSB's opponents, on the other hand, have 137 shots overall, 11.4 per game, and 55 on goal, 4.6 per contest.
