Attended El Camino Real High School where she played under head coach Lori Chandler...As a senior she posted a 25-7 record with a 1.32 ERA...As a junior her record was 23-6 in the circle and she posted a .892 ERA...During the 2007 and 2008 seasons she tallied a combined 707 strikeouts - leading the City Section both seasons - and also posted 33 shutouts...Was a two-time first team all-league selection, two-time league MVP and two-time CIF All-City selection...Named the USMC Most Distinguished Female Athlete in 2008...Was twice named to the Daily News All-Area Team...As a freshman and sophomore she earned junior varsity first team all-league honors and in 2006 was named the City Section's JV Player of the Year after leading El Camino Real to the JV City Section championship...Led her team to a runners-up finish at the 2007 City Section Championships...Was a three-time scholar-athlete.
