Graduated from Carlsbad High School…Swam under coach Amanda Fanning in CIF Division I …Earned All-American honors in the 100 fly…Holds the 200 medley relay school record…Helped her team to league championships in 2009, 2010, 2011 and 2012…Assisted her team to a CIF title in 2009…Also swam for North Coast Aquatics under Coach Jeff Pease.

Alexandria, or “Ally,” Tomkinson was born May 19, 1994 in San Diego, Calif. to parents Kim and Roy Tomkinson…Has two older siblings, Erich and Katie…Enjoys hanging out with friends, listening to music, body surfing and shopping…Favorite movie is “Transformers”…Favorite book is “Water for Elephants”…Most memorable athletic achievement was reaching her goal to become a Gaucho…Personal hero is Oprah…Favorite aspect of college swimming is the togetherness of the team…Has yet to declare a major but hopes to become a business owner.
