Danielle Domenichelli Named Golden1 Athlete of the Week

Danielle Domenichelli posted a personal-best time to finish 11th nationally in the 5000m run at the NCAA Championships.

Domenichelli, a junior from El Dorado Hills, Calif., crossed the finish line in 16:27.98 in Friday's final, which was held in Des Moines, Iowa.

Defending national champion Sally Kipyego of Texas Tech won the race by more than 30 seconds
