SANTA BARBARA, Calif. – UC Santa Barbara Men's Tennis has announced its Fall 2026 tournament schedule. Under the direction of sixth-year head coach
Blake Muller, the Gauchos will compete in a series of prestigious regional and national events throughout the fall season as they prepare for the spring dual-match campaign.
The Blue and Gold begin their fall campaign at the Battle in the Bay, hosted in San Francisco from Oct. 1-4. The annual tournament brings together some of the top collegiate players on the West Coast and serves as the Gauchos' first opportunity for competition in the new academic year.
UCSB then returns home to host the UCSB Classic from Oct. 9-11 at the Arnhold Tennis Center. The event gives Gaucho fans an early chance to see the team in action while welcoming competitors from across the region to Santa Barbara.
Mid-October sends the Blue and Gold to Malibu for the ITA Southwest Regional, running Oct. 15-20. The event provides another opportunity for the Gauchos to test themselves against regional competition as the fall season continues. The tournament features many of the top players and doubles teams from across the Southwest Region competing for advancement opportunities within the ITA postseason structure.
The fall season concludes Nov. 5-8 with several championship events taking place across the country. Qualifying Gauchos will compete at the SoCal Intercollegiate Championships in San Diego, the ITA Sectionals in Tempe, Arizona, and the ITA Conference Masters Championship in Rome, Georgia. Participation in each event is earned through performances during the fall season, providing opportunities to compete against top regional and national talent.
The fall campaign features a mix of home and road tournaments, offering valuable competition opportunities before the start of dual-match play in the spring.
