How can I purchase tickets to Wrexham vs Bournemouth?
Tickets are sold out for this event. There are no other tickets that will be sold to the public through UC Santa Barbara Athletics.
Is there any other way I can purchase tickets?
There are no other places to purchase tickets through AXS. Please be aware that any tickets purchased through a third-party site may not be authentic. Admittance to the game cannot be guaranteed if purchased from a third-party vendor.
How do I access my ticket?
All tickets must be available and ready to scan through the AXS app. Ensure you have the app downloaded and see the tickets in your account before traveling to campus. Click on the
AXS help page if you need assistance.
If I purchased a GA ticket and the ticket mentions sections “1-3, 4-9 or 10-12,” do I need to sit within those specific sections?
Fans that purchased GA tickets can sit wherever they can find seats within sections 1-12. ONLY sections 1-12 can be utilized for GA seating.
What if my party is not entering the venue together? How do we scan our tickets?
Tickets may be transferred via the AXS app. The account holder transferring the tickets will need the email addresses of the individuals that the tickets will be transferred to. Please ensure the AXS app and your tickets are available while preparing to enter the venue. You will not be permitted to exit and re-enter the venue.
Once I’m in Harder Stadium, can I leave to meet family or friends if I have their tickets?
No, once your tickets have been scanned to enter the venue, you will not be allowed to exit and re-enter. Ensure you have your entire party at the gate with all of your tickets ready on the AXS app before entry or transfer tickets to another user if you will be entering at different times.
What if I have problems accessing my tickets through AXS?
There will be Customer Service “Help Stations” located near the main entrances that can assist fans with potential ticketing complications.
What if I have ADA needs?
Please contact the
UC Santa Barbara Athletics Ticket Office regarding ADA assistance and services. Gate Entrance #4, which is located across from ADA parking in
Parking Lot #30, will be available as an ADA entrance in addition to the Main Entrance gates. Staffing will be available if on site assistance is requested.
PARKING
Will there be road closures on campus?
Yes, there will be roads closed on campus that day, including Stadium Road. Please utilize the
UC Santa Barbara Campus map and game day directional signage to assist with traffic patterns. Staff and volunteers will also be accessible throughout campus for assistance on game day.
What will the parking situation look like on campus that day?
Due to the high volume of fans and patrons coming to campus on Saturday, July 20th, be prepared for significant delays and longer wait times when entering and exiting campus. Attendees who are able to are encouraged to utilize alternative travel methods such as bicycles and public transportation.
Bicycle parking is identified as
“Bike Parking Lots - Main Campus” on the UC Santa Barbara campus map. All Biking pathways and parking can be
found here. Bicycles must be parked in approved bike parking locations and not tethered to gates, poles or other structures.
Vehicular parking lot locations as well as ride share drop off spots are detailed below. Normal Faculty/Staff vehicular parking will be available and passes permitted as usual.
Where can I park my car on game day if I drive to campus?
Parking lots throughout campus will be utilized throughout this event with transportation to the stadium from the various lots across campus. Lots that will be accessible are: 12, 14, 16, 18, 22 and 27 as well as other clearly marked visitor locations. Parking locations can be found on the UC Santa Barbara campus map under
“Parking & Transportation”.
Do I have to pay for parking?
Yes. All guests on UC Santa Barbara’s campus must pay for parking. We encourage you to download and use the ParkMobile app for all of your on-campus parking needs. For the best experience, please
download the app prior to arriving on campus. ParkMobile can also
be accessed through your web browser.
I am planning to take an Uber/Lyft to the event. Is there a designated drop-off location?
Yes, please use Lot 25 at the Student Health Center as the pickup/drop-off location for all ride share applications. You can type in “Student Health Building” on Lyft and "UCSB Student Health Service" on Uber as your destination to arrive and get picked up at the appropriate place. Once you arrive at the dropoff location, follow the signage from the drop-off location to walk down El Colegio Road. From there, safely use the crosswalk to arrive on Stadium Road and make your way toward Harder Stadium.
How do I get from the parking lot or bike parking location to Harder Stadium?
Pedestrians may walk from all parking locations to Harder Stadium. Pedestrian pathways between parking locations and Harder Stadium will have directional signage. You can also use the
UC Santa Barbara campus map to find walking directions from you location to Harder Stadium.
In addition, buses and trolleys will circulate throughout campus transporting fans from parking lots to Harder Stadium. Pick up locations will be identified on campus and near parking lot locations.
Is tailgating allowed?
Tailgating in the parking lots and on campus will not be permitted. Please park and exit the parking structures for safety and ease of parking for all in attendance. If you are arriving early, you may visit other on campus or off campus locations, parks, green spaces, etc., while waiting to enter Stadium Road and line up for Gate Entry.
GAME DAY EXPERIENCE
What time should I arrive on campus on for the match?
Due to the high volume of vehicular and pedestrian traffic expected on the day of the match, it is recommended to arrive on campus at least two hours before gates open. If arriving earlier, you may park and walk to open campus vendors or off campus to visit local restaurants and vendors before lining up for gate entry.
When will the doors open to Harder Stadium?
Gates will open at 2:30 p.m. on Saturday, July 20. The match will begin at 4 p.m.
What other events are taking place around this event?
Fan Fest will include merchandise, food and beverage sampling, and additional experiences. This will be located at the south end of
Parking Lot #30. There is a maximum capacity allowed in the Fan Fest area, so be prepared for entrance lines. Fan Fest will close at 3 p.m.
Will there be merchandise sold at this event?
Yes. Fans will be able to purchase gear from both Wrexham AFC, AFC Bournemouth and UC Santa Barbara Gauchos at this event. Some merchandise will be available at Fan Fest outside the stadium while all merchandise will be available inside Harder Stadium just under the elevated video/scoreboard.
Once I’m in Harder Stadium, can I leave to meet family or friends if I have their tickets?
No. Once your tickets have been scanned to enter the venue, you will not be allowed to exit and re-enter. Ensure you have your entire party at the gate with all of your tickets downloaded before entry or transfer tickets to another user if you will be entering at different times. Please note, due to the high volume of fans entering the venue, you should plan for wait time and slower lines upon entry.
Will there be food available for purchase?
Concessions will be available in a variety of locations inside Harder Stadium when the gates open.
Where are the restrooms?
Permanent and temporary restrooms will be available at the south end of Lot #30 by Fan Fest (near Stadium Road). In addition, permanent and temporary restrooms will be available inside of Harder Stadium.
Are fans allowed to bring in a seat cushion with an attached backrest to sit on?
A padded stadium seat with support is allowed as long as it is no larger than 18 inches by 18 inches.
