All-Big West Honorable Mention … Big West Academic All-Conference honoree … Appeared in 50 games for the Gauchos, starting 49 of them at catcher … Led the team in on-base percentage (.415) … Ranked ninth in The Big West for slugging percentage (.551) and tenth for on-base plus slugging (.966) … Also ranked in the top five among UC Santa Barbara hitters for batting average (.321, second), slugging (.551, third), runs scored (33, fifth), hits (60, second), RBI (32, fourth), doubles (11, third), home runs (10, fifth), total bases (103, second), walks (25, fourth), and sacrifice bunts (2, second) … Led the team with 20 multi-hit games on the season … Caught 11 runners stealing and posted a .989 fielding percentage behind the plate … Was one of four Gauchos to have multiple multi-home run games on the season, going yard twice against Oregon (February 25) and twice against UC San Diego (April 23) … His first home run against Oregon was the first long ball of his career.
2022
Played in 10 games for the Gauchos, finishing with a slash line of .375/.375/.625 … Hit his first career extra-base hit, a triple, against UC Irvine on May 6, recording his first career RBI on the play and putting UC Santa Barbara up by two.
HIGH SCHOOL
Earned a pair of varsity letters at Los Altos High School … Finished with a career on-base percentage of .449 and a .350 batting average … Hit two home runs and collected 10 RBI in one game, which he lists as his best performance for coach Gabriel Stewart … Earned First Team All-League and All-NorCal honors … Helped his team win the 2018 CCS Title as a freshman in 2018 … Made three trips to the postseason over his career … Also played football, being named offensive MVP in 2019.
