Big West Academic All-Conference honoree … Appeared in 15 games, all out of the bullpen, posting a 5.40 ERA in 25 innings pitched … Struck out 23 hitters and earned a save and a win … Picked up the save in UC Santa Barbara’s February 24 win over Oregon, pitching the final three innings while allowing just one unearned run … Earned the victory against San Jose State on April 11, going five innings in relief and striking out seven Spartans.
2022
Big West Academic All-Conference honoree … Pitched 18 2/3 innings across 14 games for the Gauchos, striking out 25 batters and earning a pair of saves … Picked up his first career save against St. Mary’s on May 11, working 3 1/3 hitless innings and striking out six Gaels … Earned his second save in the same week, getting the final out of UC Santa Barbara’s 8-7 victory over Dixie State (now Utah Tech) on May 15.

2020
Pitched 4 1/3 innings across five games for UC Santa Barbara, finishing with a 2.08 ERA … Struck out four batters and finished the season on a four-game scoreless streak … Worked a season-high 1 2/3 innings against Abilene Christian on February 22, holding the Wildcats scoreless … Also worked scoreless innings against Illinois-Chicago on March 1 and No. 25 Oregon State on March 6, striking out a pair of Beavers in the latter appearance.
HIGH SCHOOL
Earned three varsity letters for Santa Margarita Catholic High School under coach Chris Malec … Helped the Eagles win a CIF Championship as a senior, earning himself All-League First Team honors … Highlighted his senior season with a complete-game shutout, as well as a second complete game in which he struck out ten batters … Hurled eleven strikeouts in a six-inning outing his junior year en route to All-League Honorable Mention that season … Played in the Orange County All-Star Game.
