2017 All-Big West Honorable Mention 

2017: In his first season with the Gauchos, slashed .308/.422/.389 with three home runs, 16 RBIs, and 34 walks while starting in 49 games ... A true junior, earned an All-Big West Honorable Mention ... The team's primary leadoff hitter, batted in the one-hole 40 times ... Also batted second on three occassions, third on five occasions, and fifth for one game ... Started in left field on Opening Day, but settled in as the team's second baseman making 37 appearances there and 12 in the outfield ... Led the team in batting average, on-base percentage, and walks (34) ... Ranked second in the Big West in walks and sixth in OBP at the end of the regular season ... Had 16 multiple-hit games, third most on the team ... Reached base in 16 consecutive games from Mar. 3-28 ... Had a .398 OBP in at-bats where he led off an inning ... Hit .362 with runners on base and .357 with runners in scoring position ... Was named Big West Field Player of the Week after the Tulane series, Feb. 24-26: went 5-8 with a double, six runs, and seven walks ... Best performance of the year came against UC Irvine on Apr. 13, as he went 4-5 with two doubles and three runs in an 11-3 win ... Batted .400 in February and .351 in March ... Ranked in the top-five conference-wide in batting average and OBP until picking up a leg injury in late April ... Was limited to eight games in May due to that injury.

Cape Cod League (2016): Spent the summer before coming to UCSB in the Cape Cod League with the Wareham Gatemen.

College of the Canyons (2014-16): Was a two year starter at COC, crafting a career slash line of .386/.481/.514 ... Had a monster sophomore season that resulted in Junior College All-American and First Team All League Honors ... Slashed .406/.488/.587 that year with 30 RBIs, four home runs, and 14 extra-base hits in 34 games ... Had a solid freshman season, putting together a .362 batting average while driving in 15 runs ... Earned a gold glove award as a freshman ... Made the postseason once with the Cougars.

High School (2009-13): Earned two varsity letters under head coach Jared Snyder at Valencia High School ... Played second and third base for the Vikings ... Had a .300 batting average in his senior season ... Once hit a walk-off triple against Hart High School ... Made the postseason twice.
