All-Big West Second Team … Named Big West Player of the Week on Feb. 26 … Played in all 58 games for the Gauchos, starting 57 of them … Hit .248/.380/.461 on the season with eight doubles, 12 home runs and 50 RBIs, finishing second on the team in both homers and RBI … Finished sixth in The Big West for RBI and tied for third in home runs … Led the team in walks (27) and hit-by-pitches (17) … Drove in a career-high four runs on two occasions: against Hawai’i, April 12 and April 14, hitting a grand slam in the latter of those two games … Finished with 14 multi-RBI outings on the season, the most of any Gaucho.
2023
Played in 22 games, starting seven of them … Hit .200/.355/.400 with two home runs, three walks, and four RBI … Was also hit by a pitch three times … His first two hits of the season both left the yard: a two-run home run at Oregon on February 25 and a solo shot against Xavier on March 5 … Defensively played at every position on the infield, maintaining a perfect 1.000 fielding percentage on 48 chances.
2022
Played in seven games during the 2022 season for the Gauchos, totaling a home run and two RBI … Hit that two-run shot against No. 12 UCLA on April 19.
HIGH SCHOOL
Played first base, outfield, and pitched at Arroyo Grande High School, earning three varsity letters under coach Steve Tolley … Cal-Hi Sports Second Team All-State as a senior … All-Mountain League selection … Helped the Eagles win the Mountain League Championship as a senior in 2021 … Also played basketball.
