2020
• McClain O'Connor played in all 15 Gaucho games in 2020.
• Led the team in triples (2), runs scored (15), at bats (63), plate appearances (72) and stolen bases (5).
• Ranked second on the team with 12 RBI.
• Had a slash line of .238/.324/.381.
• Both of his triples came in back-to-back wins at No. 25 Oregon State on Mar. 6 and Mar. 7.
• Went 3-for-5 with a pair of runs scored and two RBI in the program's first-ever home night game, a Feb. 17 win over Cal.
• Also had multi-hit games in wins over Sacramento State and Illinois-Chicago.
• Scored a season-high three runs on Feb. 21 vs. Abilene Christian, one of which came on his only home run of the season.
• Scored multiple runs in four games and UCSB was 4-0 when he did.
• Produced three of his team-leading five stolen bases in the first two games of the Gauchos' series-sweep of No. 25 Oregon State.
• Had two steals in a 4-0 win on Mar. 7 at No. 25 Oregon State.

2019
Appeared in 42 games during his junior season during which he dramatically improved at the plate…Hit .325/.393/.503, bringing his batting average up by .084 compared to 2018…Compiled 49 hits in 151 at-bats, including 12 doubles, three triples, and three home runs…Also drove in 17 runs and stole 13 bases, the second most on the team…In a 14-12 win over Stephen F. Austin on Apr. 6, went 3-for-5, stealing one base and scoring a run…Against UC Riverside on Apr. 28, went 4-for-6, scoring three times, stealing one base, and driving in four runs…Stole three bases in a 6-3 win over Hawai’i…Had two eight game hitting streaks throughout the season (Apr. 6-19, May 3-14)…Earned an All-Big West Honorable Mention.

2018
Played in 30 games while making 13 starts in his debut season for the Gauchos…Hit .241 (13-for-54) with five RBIs, nine runs scored and a pair of doubles…Slashed .241/.328/.278…Started eight games at third base, four at second base and one at shortstop…Walked six times and stole two bases…Recorded his first hit as a Gaucho in the season opener at San Diego State (Feb. 16) after going 1-for-3 with a double…Went 2-for-3 with four RBIs in an 8-5 win at USC on Apr. 17…Had a season-high three hits in a 9-4 win at UC Irvine on Apr. 14…Also had a multi-hit game in a 13-4 win against LMU (Apr. 10)…One of six Gauchos to have four RBIs in a game…Reached base in eight consecutive games from Mar. 18 to Apr. 17…Hit .276 (8-for-29) in his 10 games played at third base.


LASSEN COLLEGE
