Sienna Baldwin joined the UC Santa Barbara athletic training staff in December of 2024 where she oversees the medical care for the Baseball team, and Men’s and Women’s Cross Country teams.

Prior to UC Santa Barbara, Sienna worked in professional baseball for two years with the Los Angeles Dodgers and the Arizona Diamondbacks organizations.

Originally from San Diego, Sienna attended Loyola Marymount University, graduating in 2021 with her Bachelor of Science degree in Health and Human Sciences. The summer following graduation, she attended California State University Fullerton, graduating in 2023 with her Master of Science degree in Athletic Training. During her time at CSUF, Sienna had multiple clinical rotations, ending with her immersive rotation with the NCAA DI Titan’s Men’s Basketball team. Sienna was also a FWATA D8 student leadership committee representative and was the treasurer of the Titan Athletic Training Society during her time in graduate school.

On her off days, Sienna enjoys going to the beach, painting, pottery, and hanging at home with her cat.
