 Amol Mahal redshirted the 2014-15 campaign.

2013-14
 Played in three tournaments as a junior...Mahal tied for 38th with a 230 at the Stars and Stripes Invitational...His highest finish was when he tied for 36th while playing as an individual at the OGIO-UCSB Intercollegiate...Also played at the Wyoming Desert Intercollegiate...Averaged 76.67 shots in his nine rounds.

2012-13
 Mahal played in six tournament for UCSB as a sophomore, a total of 17 rounds...His best finish was 18th-place at the Warrior Wave Intercollegiate in Hawaii when he shot a 217...His season-best round also came in Hawaii as he shot a 68 in the first round, equaling the lowest non-Glen Scher round of the year for the Gauchos...Shot three at or under-par rounds...Recorded a 233 at the Big West Championship...Overall, in his 27 round of action, Mahal took 1,288 shots, 75.76 per round.
