Clayton Young was born on November 10, 1994 in Walnut Creek, Calif.…Majoring in Chemistry at UCSB with the hopes of becoming a corporate salesman someday…Hobbies include snowboarding and wakeboarding…Lists his top pre-race pump up song as "Look Right Through" by Storm Queens...Enjoys snacking on Power Gummies before a meet...Began swimming at age 15...Favorite aspect of college swimming is the team camaraderie...If he could add an event to each meet it would be the backwards freestyle...Breaking a 20 year-old high school record is the proudest achievement of his swimming career.
