HIGH SCHOOL
Graduated from Las Lomas High School...Swam under Coach MikeBynum....Earned All-American honors his junior and senioryears...Varsity captain in his senior year and led the team totheir first league championship title in over 10 years...Also swamclub with the Walnut Creek Aquabears under Coach Mike Heaney.
PERSONAL
Garrett Middleton was born Aug. 23, 1995...Enjoys working on carsin his free time...Lists his top pre-race pump up song as "Medusa"by the Dirty Heads...Enjoys snacking on Oh Yeah bars before ameet...Began swimming at age 4...Favorite aspect of collegeswimming is the team unity...If he could add an event to each meetit would be a 50 freestyle with two people tiedtogether...Qualifying for a Texas state meet at age 14 is theproudest achievement of his swimming career.
