Placed in the top 20 at A3 Invitational in 400 IM and 200 breaststroke. 

HIGH SCHOOL
Graduated from Camas High School…Swam under Coach Mike Bemis…Two-time All-American (200 IM and 100 BR)…Two-time Washington State Champion…Washington State Swimmer of the Year (2015)…Holds four records at the district and high school level…Swam club for the Columbia River Swim Team under Coach Darlene Hill…Holds seven short course and four long course club records…Named Most Inspirational Swimmer by the club in 2014.

PERSONAL
Kasey Calwell was born Oct. 23, 1996…Is majoring in Biology and dreams of working with athletes as a sports medicine physician someday…Participates in Real Life and the Fellowship of Christian Athletes outside of swim…He can play four instruments and enjoys listening to music in his free time…Lists his top pre-race pump up song as “Float" by Switchfood…Favorite power snacks are trail mix and CLIF bars…Began swimming at age 6…Favorite aspect of college swimming is the team atmosphere…If he could add an event to each meet it would be the 200 IM without butterfly…Becoming a high school All-American and leading his team to its highest final ever at a state meet is the proudest achievement of his swimming career.
