HIGH SCHOOL
Attended Coronado High School where he swam for coach Dave Hughes…Broke the school record in the 100 yard breaststroke…Also swam for the Coronado Navy Swim Association (CNSA).
PERSONAL
Putnam Huntington Browne Jr. was born August 24, 1995 in Lemore, Calif...Nicknamed "PJ"…Is currently undeclared at UCSB but aspires to become a firefigher someday...Hobbies include camping, biking and taking pictures…Works as a lifeguard at the UCSB Recreation Center...Lists his top pre-race pump song as "Till I Collapse" by Eminem...Enjoys snacking on banana bread before a meet...A unique skill is juggling…Began swimming at age 4...If he could add an event to each meet it would be the 25 Free with a running dive...Favorite aspect of college swimming is the feeling of being apart of something...Being recruited by UCSB is the proudest achievement of his swimming career.
