Compiled an 8-3 record during dual matches playing primarily on court six…One of two Sooners to come away with a singles win against Texas during the regular season when he downed Chih Chi Huang 6-2, 3-6, 7-6 (3)…In doubles, went 7-5 with Alex Bakshi, peaking at No. 25 in the nation…With Bakshi, downed four top-25 opponents at the top spot…Selected for the NCAA doubles tournament with Bakshi.
2017-18
Finished the spring season at 8-3, playing primarily at the six spot…Notched his first career singles win in his spring debut, defeating Drake’s Ben Wood, 6-2, 6-2, on court six…Clinched the Sooners’ victory over UMKC in just his second match of the season when he took down Hunter Clark, 6-2, 6-3, at the No. 5 line…Also sealed OU’s 4-0 victory over Utah in the first round of the NCAA tournament with a 6-1, 7-6 (5) win over Steve Shaniyan at No. 6 singles…Went 3-3 in doubles, playing primarily with Ferran Calvo on court three.
JUNIORS
Was ranked as high as No. 16 nationally, No. 4 in the Midwest, and No. 1 in Illinois by the ITF…Was a USTA National Singles and Doubles Champion and two-time regional champion.
HIGH SCHOOL
Attended Libertyville High School and IMG Academy…Was ranked fourth in Illinois as a freshman and earned all-state honors.
