Britt, a talented multi-event athlete looks to build onhis first year in a Gaucho uniform after scoring in the high jumpand decathlon in his first Big West Conference Championshipmeet.

Competed for the Gauchos in the decathlon, jumps, hurdlesand relays during his first campaign in Santa Barbara aftertransferring from Riverside CC. Battled to a second place 110HHplacing at the Cal Poly Dual Meet with a wind-aided 15.68. Jumped6'3.5 on a first attempt to take 5th at the Big West Championshipsin the high jump. Scored a lifetime best 6523 in the decathlonenroute to a 6th place finish at the Big West Championships.

Riverside CC: Team captain of the winning 2012California State Championship team. Was the 2011 Orange EmpireConference Champion in the decathlon. All-state academic team 2011,2012.

Prep
Competed for the Lake Elsinore High School Tigers.Qualified for the CIF-SS Finals in the 300mH, where he ran alifetime best of 39.24. Was the Sun Belt League Champion in the110m Hurdles. Holds the Lake Elsinore High School record in the110m Hurdles. Also played football, basketball and soccer.

Father is Dale Britt...Has three siblings, Pelham,Crystal and Taylor...Majoring in Geography, minoring inPhilosophy...Aspires to become an Urban Planner or GISSpecialist...Enjoys hiking, swimming, team sports, hunting andfishing...Favorite aspect of college track is working hard everyday...Personal hero is his mother, Tina, who "had the best heart inthe world."
