2022 Big West Conference All-Academic Team

2022 Track & Field: Competed in eight meets… at the Aztec Invite(Mar. 24-26), finished fourth at shot put with an attempt of 50’2.5”... Saw a personal best in discus throw at the Adidas/Steve Scott Invite(Apr. 29-30), hitting a mark of 151’10”.... Finished in twelfth place at the Big West Championships(May 13-14) in shot put(50’2.75”)

2021 Track & Field: Competed in seven meets… In the Tri-Meet(Mar. 4), finished third with a mark of 48’10.75” in shot put… Saw another bronze finish at the Westmont Collegiate Classic(Mar. 27) throwing 50’0.75”... Took ninth at the Big West Championships(May 12-15) with an attempt of 51’3”

• Competed in nine meets for his first season as a Gaucho
• Set a personal best throw in the shot put at the 41st Annual Aztec Invitational with a mark of 14.54m (47' 8.5")
• Also set a personal best in the discus at the same meet with a throw of 42.48m (139' 4")

Big West Championships

Prep

• Attended Loyola High School where he was a varsity team captain both his junior and senior year for the Cubs
• In 2018, he finished third at the Arcadia Invitational in the open section of the shot put and followed that up by throwing a personal best of 16.58m (54' 5") in the same event less than a week later
• He would close out his senior year to finish sixth at the CIF Southern Section Division 1 Finals in the shot put. Coached by Fernando Hernandez, Nigel Davies, and Andre Woodert
