2022 Track & Field
- Competed in the javelin at seven meets, making it to NCAA West Regionals for the third time in his career where he placed 14th with a 66.38m mark
- Medaled at the Big West Championships yet again, making it 3-for-3 on trips to the podium by taking silver with a javelin throw of 66.63m
- Had top-three finishes in three straight meets, taking first at the UCSB Invite (64.73m), 3rd at the Aztec Invite (63.52m) and 2nd at the Challenge Cup (61.30m)
2021 Track & Field
- Competed in eight meets, ending an incredible year by being crowned Big West Champion in the javelin (66.74m), advancing past the NCAA West Preliminary Round by placing 11th (65.11m), and competing at the NCAA Championships where his second-best mark ever of 67.00m was good for 16th overall
- Prior to NCAA action, he finished in 1st-place in five of the six meets he competed at
- Set his PR in the javelin with a 67.25m at the Spring Break Invite

- Competed in nine meets for his first season as a Gaucho
- Started off the season with a huge personal best in the javelin at the Westmont/Pepperdine Tri Meet to take second with a throw of 55.01m (180' 6")
- Bested that mark at the UC Riverside/Cal Poly Tri Meet to take second again in 55.64m (182' 6")
- Threw even further at the 40th Annual Aztec Invitational with a 56.68m (185' 11") mark
- Took second at the Big West Challenge Cup in the javelin with another throw past 55m
- Released an absolute monster of a throw at the Cal Poly Dual Meet where he obliterated his previous best by almost eight meters with a throw of 64.29m (210' 11") for his firt collegiate win
- Took third at the Big West Conference Championships in the javelin for his first podium finish in 57.68m (189' 3")
- Concluded the season at the NCAA West Regional Meet where he finished 34th with the second best throw of his career at 59.82m (196' 3")

- Attended Marysville High School where he was a three sport athlete with track and field, baseball, and football
- Was All-League four times in baseball and awarded League Offensive MVP in football
- Also was awarded Male Athlete of the Year for his high school and even made two trips to the Junior Olympics for the javelin
Personal
- Parents are Ken and Macy Tarr
- Majoring in Environmental Studies with an emphasis in Ecology, Evolution, and Marine Biology
- Career Goals are to obtain a masters degree and attend medical school to work with athletes that have elbow or shoulder injuries, as well as spending time in third world countries with the less fortunate to increase water efficiency and clean water access
- Athletic goals are to become an All-American and break the school record in the javelin at UCSB
- Hobbies include hunting, fishing, hiking, surfing, and creating drone media and taking film pictures with friends throughout the California coast and backcountry
- Fun fact: can jump the entire wake from a boat while wake boarding
