Competed five times for his freshman campaign. Set a season's best in the 800m at the Bryan Clay Invitational, running 1:56.64.

Redshirt season.
Prep
Graduated from Dana Hills High School with Valedictorian status. Third at NXN and second at State for XC. Has an 800m PR of 1:56.11. Recorded a Woodward Park 5K PR of 15:34.6 and 3 mile PR of 14:57.8. Coached by Tim Butler and Craig Dunn.
Personal
Major is Aquatic Biology...Career goal is to be a Marine Ecology researcher....Favorite hobbies are surfing and spike ball...Can cook a mean stir fry.
