Biography

Greg Dotson a talented mid-distance runner for theGauchos has his sights set on a big senior year. He is the formerCIF State Meet runner-up in the 800m and was the fourth fastest800m prep performer nationally his senior year.

Dotson had a standout freshman year... He competed in boththe indoor and outdoor season for track and showed significantimprovement over the course of the year...He placed first in hisheat and 30th overall at the Mt. SAC Relays in the 800m where heran a personal best of 1:51.62...Dotson placed seventh in thefinals of the Big West Conference Championships clocking in a timeof 1:52.53. 


Prep
Two-time Pacific League Champion in the 800m andAll-League in the 1600m...Placed second in the Calif. State meet inthe 800m...Ranked number four in the U.S. in the 800m.

Parents are Gregory and Deborah Dotson...Siblings areLaTonya and Marcia Scott...Self-taught drummer and likes to drum inhis spare time..."The Hurt Locker" is his favorite movie...Enjoyslistening to Rock and Hip Hop.
