2022 Track & Field
• Competed in seven meets, mostly in the 800m but also in the 400m, 4x400 and 1500m
• Placed 10th in the preliminary rounds of the 800m Big West Championships with a time of 1:52.90
• Also ran in the 4x400 at the conference championships, placing fifth with a mark of 3:15.38
• His season-best 800m time of 1:51.49 landed him a first-place finish at the Aztec Invitational
• Ran in two 2nd-place 4x400 finishes, at the Challenge Cup (3:14.72) and the Steve Scott Invitational (3:16.04)
• In his only 1500m run of the year, placed third at the UCSB Invitational (3:52.06)

2021 Cross Country
• Ran the 8K in three meets, beginning his year with a season-best 25:00.9 at the UC Davis Stump Invitational
• Took 18th at the Santa Clara Bronco (25:22.4) and finished 36th at the Big West Championships (25:04.7)

2021 Track & Field
• Competed in eight meets, ending his year by winning the 800m Big West Championship with a time of 1:51.10
• Earlier in the year, claimed first in the 800m at the Westmont Collegiate Classic (1:53.56) and the Cal Poly Blue-Green Rivalry Meet with a personal-record 1:50.76
• Took second in the 800m at the Cal Poly 4-Way (1:53.79)
• Also ran in the 1500, taking eighth at the Spring Break Invitational (3:59.23), ninth at the Fullerton Spring Invite (3:57.02), and 16th at the Bryan Clay Invitational with a personal-best 3:49.66

• Finished fifth at the Big West Challenge in the 1500m with a time of 3:58.31
• Set a personal best for 1500m at the Bryan Clay Invitational in 3:56.39
• Took sixth in the 1500m at the Cal Poly Dual with a time of 3:58.70
• Concluded his season at the Big West Conference Championships where he scored for the first time as a freshman in the 1500m in sixth with a personal best clocking of 3:54.64

• Set a personal best time for 6k at the Santa Clara University Bronco Invitational where he finished in 26:17.7

Prep
• Graduated from John Burroughs High School where he was fourth at the CIF State Meet in track and field for the 1600m and 14th in the 3200m his senior year
• He was the first ever distance runner from his school to double in two events all the way up to the state meet, his best being at the CIF Masters Meet where he was first in the 1600m and third in the 3200m
• Chahal was a Pacific League Champion in cross country and track in the 1600m and 3200m as a senior as well as a league champion in the 1600m as a junior
• He also currently holds the school records for the 1600m and 3200m

• Athletics goals are to win a Big West Conference Title and go to the NCAA Championships as a team in cross country
• Also wants to break 1:50 in the 800m, 3:42 in the 1500m, and 14:00 in the 5000m
• Hobbies include basketball, sleeping, Netflix, listening to Drake, and writing songs
• Fun fact: had a tree fall on him during a tempo run
