Biography
2017 Cross Country Competed in two meets for his first cross country season in uniform. Ran 19:10.7 for 6k at the Highlander Invitational to finish in 55th place. |
2016-2017
Competed in five meets for his first year as a Gaucho. Set a personal best in the 3000m at the 39th Annual Aztec Invitational, running 8:44.11 for 5th place in his heat. Tackled the 10000m for the first time at the UCLA Legends Invite, running 33:10.77 for 10th.

Prep
Graduated from Maria Carillo HS. Has a 3200m PR of 9:23. Won the Junior Boys race at Footlocker West Regionals. Qualified for State his junior year of XC running 15:59. Was the NBL 3200m champion that year as well. Coached by Greg Fogg.

Parents are Mike Scobey and Mitzi Tsujihara...Major is Pre-Bio...Goal is to score at Conference for UCSB the next 4-5 years...Hobbies include hiking, listening to music, playing basketball, Netflix...Once ate 2 full boxes of Eggo waffles in the span of an hour.
