2022 Track & Field

• As a redshirt senior, competed at eight meets, after entering the year with six official meet appearances
• Set a number of personal-bests while competing in 11 events at the UCSB Invite, as he took 2nd in the discus (36.66m) and javelin (50.38m), 3rd in the 1500m (4:41.76) and 4th in the shot put (12.04m)
• Aside from those PRs, also finished 1st in the 100m (11.35, -1.8) and 3rd in the long jump (6.92m, 0.5)
• Scored his highest long jump ever at the Steve Scott Invitational with a 7.19m (1.0).
• At the Big West Multis Championships, took 3rd in the decathlon with a score of 6919, finishing 1st in both the 100m (11.01, 1.7) and long jump (7.06m, -1.6), while also finishing 3rd in the discus (35.25m) and pole vault (4.51m)
• Participated in the Big West long jump the following weekend, securing more points for UCSB taking 5th with a mark of 7.18mw (2.6)

2021 Track & Field

• Competed in three meets, ending his year at the Big West Championships where he took 7th in the decathlon (5760) and 15th in the long jump (6.77m, 1.1)
• Recorded season-bests in every event at the championships except for shot put, which was set with 10.79m at the Cal Poly Blue-Green Rivalry Meet
• Also helped claim 2nd-place in the 4x400 (3:18.94) at the Cal Poly 4-Way

2020 Track & Field

• Competed in two meets before season was canceled due to COVID-19 pandemic
• Took fourth in the pole vault (4.10m) at the Gaucho Round-Up

• Joshua Godfrey attended Southwestern CC before transfering to UCSB
