• Ran at six meets, ending his year with a silver medal and a new PR of 9:04.61 in the steeple at the Big West Championships
• Also won the steeple at the Aztec Invite with a time of 9:27.92
• Finished 4th in the 1500m at the Challenge Cup with a mark of 3:57.68
• Set a personal-best in the 800m clocking a 1:58.30 and finishing 13th at the Beach Opener

2021 Cross Country

• Ran the 8K at three meets, setting a PR at the UC Davis Stump Invite of 24:32.6 while finishing 34th
• Finished in 23rd-place with a time of 25:35.2 at the Santa Clara Bronco Invite

2021 Track & Field

• Ran at seven meets, ending the year placing 4th in the steeple (9:12.59) at the Big West Championships
• Finished 1st in the steeple (9:20.41) at the Fullerton Spring Invite
• Also claimed 2nd in the steeple at the Westmont Classic with a 9:57.03
• Set a personal-best in the 1500m (3:56.79) at the Spring Break Invite

• Redshirt season
• Ran at two meets before the year was canceled due to COVID-19 pandemic
• Took 4th in the mile (4:20.02) at the Gaucho Round-Up

• Ran a season's best time of 25:52.4 for 8k at the Santa Clara Bronco Invitational

Prep

Graduate of Bellarmine College Prep. Was an individual qualifier for the CIF State Meet in cross country his junior year for division one. Also won the Central Coast Section Championships in track in the 1600m as a junior where he set his personal best of 4:17.39 and qualified for the State Meet. Coached by Patrick McCrystle.

Parents are Melanie and Tom Richardson...Double Majoring in Political Science and Philosophy...Career Goals include attending law shool after graduation...goals are to qualify for the NCAA Championships in cross country as a team...hobbies include basketball, mountain biking, camping, and watching anime
