2024 TRACK & FIELD: Competed in six meets… Placed fifth in the 800m while recording a PR of 2:02.27 at the Big West Challenge Cup (Mar. 15)… Finished fourth place in the 5000m (15:01.65) at the Beach Invitational (Apr. 12-13)… Competed in the Big West Track & Field Championships (May 13-14) while recording PRs in the 1500m (3:54.27) and 5000m (14:51.11)... Hit a PR in the 3000m (9:08.59) at the Big West Challenge Cup (Mar. 15)

2023 CROSS COUNTRY: Earned Big West Commissioner's Honor Roll distinction ... Competed in four events, three 8k meets and one 6k meet ... Ran a season-best 25:36.7 8k at the UCR Invitational (Sept. 16) ... Ran a season-best 6k at The Big West Preview (Sept. 1), recording a time of 19:16.4 ... Had his best finish at the John Elders Titan Invite (Oct. 20), placing 35th.
