Sean Johnson, a three time Big West Conference finalistin the 110H, will head into his senior season taking aim at the 14second barrier in the event. Johnson looks to get back on thenational scene after earning a bid into the 2013 NCAA First RoundCompetition with his Big West PR performance. 

2012-2013: Led the Gaucho men in the high hurdles andshowed yet again he is a big meet performer. Qualified for histhrid consecutive Big West hurdle final, firing off a 14.28 PRperformance to claim third place honors. That time earned Johnsonhis first bid to the NCAA First Round Competition. Ran a 14.47w totake the win at the Cal Poly Dual Meet. 

2011-2012: Competed in 110m hurdles at Big WestChampionships where he ran a best time of 14.55 and placedsixth. Also competed in 200m throughout the season. Won threecompetitions in the 110H. 

2010-2011: Johnsonwas a force to be reckoned with in the 110m hurdles his first yearwith the Gauchos...He set a personal best in the 110m hurdles atthe Cal Poly Dual with a time of 14.81 and a second placefinish...Johnson qualified for the finals of the Big WestChampionship where he ran 14.88 and barely missed the podium byless than two tenths of a second...Johnson also competed in the200m and the 4x100m events.

Prep: Johnson has qualified for the CIFChampionships three times...Two-time Valley Champion in the 300mhurdles...Two-time Valley Champion in the 110m high hurdles and300m hurdles in the Central Section...Three time Tri-River AthleticConference League Champion in the 100m high hurdles...Seventh-placefinish in the 2010 CIF Championship in the 300m hurdles...Had afourth-place finish in the 110m high hurdles at the CIFChampionship in 2010...Co-founder of Philosophy Club in highschool...Earned 3.83 GPA overall.
