Ramirez comes to the UCSB Program from the West Coast FC ECNL Team (now Orange County Surf)...Played as a right attacking midfielder and a holding center midfielder for three years...Liz was a three year starter for the Santa Margarita Catholic High School girls Varsity Team and was a starting player for the 2018 Santa Margarita CIF finalist team.

Liz Ramirez was born on June 23, 2001 in Newport Beach, Calif....In her spare time Liz loves yoga and surfing...She channels her creative energy through painting and bonding with her dad’s bird dog – Gunner...Liz’s mom was a 1992 graduate of UCSB and her dad is a reformed UCI Anteater...Liz’ sister is a sophomore at the University of Michigan, Ross School of Business (and a former SoCal Blues soccer player in her own right)...Liz' favorite novel is Wonder by  Raquel Jaramillo...Liz' favorite athlete is Alex Morgan...Liz hopes to become a business owner or a nurse.
