Biography
2014-2015 Outdoor
Crum competed in seven competitions during her freshman season for the Gauchos. She opened the year with a 124'9 discus toss at the Round-Up. She threw 120'6 in the discus at the Big West Double Dual before recording a mark of 129 in the disc at the UCR Spring Track Classic. She also recorded a disc mark of 127'6 at the Big West Challenge Cup.
Prep
As a senior, Crum was a team captain at Mater Dei High School, where she was the runner-up in the discus at the Orange County Championships, throwing a lifetime best mark of 130'3. As a junior, she won the Trinity League title in the discus for the Monarchs, earning league MVP honors for her performance. She received the Matthew Nichols Character Award, awarded to an outstanding senior on her track team. Crum also played basketball for the Monarchs, earning a total of six varsity letters while at Mater Dei.
